In The Kitchen
BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES

INGREDIENTS
 
+ 2 Heads Cauliflower, Chopped
+ 1 cup Water
+ ¾ cup Gary’s True Grit Einkorn Flour
+ ½ cup Hot Pepper Sauce
+ 2 tablespoons Butter
+ 1 tablespoon Olive Oil 
+ 1 teaspoon Honey
+ ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
+ Salt and Pepper, To Taste


INSTRUCTIONS

+ Preheat the oven to 450o F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil.
+ In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together with a whisk until the batter is smooth. Add the chopped cauliflower and mix until the cauliflower is coated.
+ Spread the cauliflower pieces on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.
+ In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the hot pepper sauce and honey until smooth. 
+ Brush the sauce over the cauliflower until all the sauce is used.
+ Bake the cauliflower for 10 minutes or until browned. Remove and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes.










BLUE CHEESE YOGURT DIP

INGREDIENTS

+ 1 Clove Garlic, Chopped
+ ¾ cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
+ ¼ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
+ 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
+ 1 tablespoon Skim Milk or Buttermilk
+ 2 drops Lemon Vitality


INSTRUCTIONS
+ Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until thoroughly combined but still slightly chunky.
+ Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

INSTRUCTIONS

+ Combine ingredients and serve.

Summer Fun


GEARHEAD HAND SCRUB

SUPPLIES
8-ounce Mason Jar
1 cup White Sugar
¼ cup Sweet Almond or Grapeseed Oil
20 drops Lemon

DIRECTIONS
+ Combine all ingredients in Mason jar. Mix well.
+ Add a tablespoon of extra carrier oil to the top to prevent it from drying out.
+ Scrub hands and nails with 1-2 tablespoons of the sugar scrub. Rinse well.
