CINNAMON OATMEAL EINKORN PANCAKES
+ ¾ cup Water or Milk of Choice
+ ¾ cup Einkorn Pancake and Waffle Mix
+ ¼ cup Quick Oats
+ 2 tablespoons Sweetener of Choice
+ 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
+ 1 tablespoon Vanilla
+ 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
+ ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
+ ¼ teaspoon Salt
+ 2 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality
+ Combine pancake and waffle mix, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
+ Pulse quick oats in food processor until loosely ground. Add to dry ingredients. Thoroughly mix all dry ingredients with a whisk.
+ In a separate bowl, beat together water or milk, egg, sweetener, coconut oil, vanilla, and essential oil.
+ Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture. Whisk until batter is smooth.
+ Pour or scoop batter onto the hot griddle, using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake.
+ When air bubbles appear in the batter on top of the pancake, flip it over to brown on the other side.
CINNAMON BARK HOT COCOA
INGREDIENTS
+ 4 cups Unsweetened Milk of Choice
+ 8 tablespoons Unsweetened Raw Cocoa
+ 4 teaspoons Honey, More to Taste
+ 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
+ 4 drops Cinnamon Bark Vitality
+ Heat milk in a saucepan on medium-high heat.
+ Add unsweetened raw cocoa, vanilla extract, and honey. Whisk until smooth.
