In The Kitchen

ALL-HEART COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
 
 

+ 1 Heart-Shaped Cookie Cutter
+ 3 Eggs
+ 3 cups Flour, Sifted
+ 1 ½ cups Organic Evaporated Cane Juice Crystals
+ 1 cup Butter, Softened
+ 1 tablespoon Milk of Choice
+ 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
+ 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
+ 1-3 drops Essential Oil of Choice

Sweet Recommendations: Grapefruit Vitality, Lemon Vitality, Lime Vitality, Orange Vitality, Tangerine Vitality
Spicy Recommendations: Cinnamon Bark Vitality, Ginger Vitality




INSTRUCTIONS

+ Cream the butter and cane juice crystals together until light and fluffy.
+ Blend in eggs and essential oil. Beat well.
+ Sift together the flour and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture.
+ Add the milk and vanilla. Mix well.
+ Cover and chill for 1-2 hours.
+ Preheat oven to 400o F and grease baking  sheet.
+ Roll dough ¼ inch thick and cut with cookie cutter dipped in flour.
+ Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.






CHOCOLATE CANDY

INGREDIENTS


+ Candy or Lollipop Mold
+ Lollipop Sticks
+ 1 cup Dark Melting Chocolate or White Melting Chocolate
+ 4 drops Orange Vitality or Peppermint Vitality


 
 
INSTRUCTIONS

+ In a double boiler, melt the melting chocolate pieces. Stir until smooth.
+ Once melted, add essential oil. Stir well.
+ Pour into mold before mixture cools and begins to harden.
+ Carefully place the lollipop sticks into the chocolate and set aside to cool.

INGREDIENTS

Hot Water
1 Lemon, Juiced
4 ounces NingXia Red
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
Honey or Stevia, Optional


INSTRUCTIONS

+ In a 12-ounce glass, combine all ingredients.
+ Add hot water.
+ Stir well.

+ Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Mix well.
+ Add mixture into glass jar.
+ Add 1 tablespoon of the mixture into bath water for relaxation.
